GTC, DISCLAIMER, PRIVACY POLICY

General Terms & Conditions

I. Scope

The following terms of business apply to contracts for the sale of admission tickets (hereinafter referred to as Tickets) on the internet between the Bridge to Success Group (hereinafter referred to as BTS) and the purchaser of such Tickets (hereinafter referred to as Customer). Counter-confirmations by Customer quoting its own terms of business or terms of purchasing are hereby rejected. Changes to BTS's general terms of business shall only be valid if they have been confirmed in writing by BTS.

II. Contract Conclusion

Customer submits a binding offer by sending its purchase order. Customer hereby waives its right to receive any acceptance of the order. The contract will be concluded when BTS sends the respective Invoice to the Customer.

III. Contract Fulfilment by Customer

The prices of Tickets are shown on the relevant website “www.bridge-to-success.com”. The prices shown on the website are net prices (excluding VAT). In any VAT is applicable this will be displayed in the concrete Invoice that will be sent to the Customer. The prices shown on the website at the time the purchase order is placed shall be definitive. The purchase price shall be due for payment immediately upon conclusion of the contract. Customer shall pay the amount specified in its purchase order by money transfer (if additional cost for the international transfer occur, they must be buried by the Customer), direct debit if payment by direct debit is possible on the relevant website. BTS will accept the credit cards if listed so on the website. Fulfilment shall not take place in both cases until the amount has been credited to BTS's account.

IV. Contract Fulfilment by BTS

Customer will receive an email from BTS with the Ticket for it to print, a so-called Print@home Ticket. Access to the respective event will only be possible with this Print@home Ticket. Print@home Tickets are not returnable once they have been purchased. The only Exclusion are the so called Pre-Approved Tickets (see paragraph V).

BTS is entitled to change program details, locations, speakers or attendees at any time or to cancel them without substitution or notice. The customer shall not be entitled to any compensation or reimbursement of expenses as a result of any change or cancelling of program details, locations, speakers or attendees.

V. Pre-Approved Tickets

Pre-Approved Tickets include the option for a refund of the full Ticket Price in case that BTS is unable to identify a potential partner for the Customer. Potential Partner means a Company which is willing to enter into cooperation discussions in the UAE (immediately before, during or after the congress) after a Presentation by BTS. Presentation by BTS means that the identified potential partner has been introduced to the project by receiving a fact sheet and that BTS has explained the project by telephone or zoom call. Willingness to enter into cooperation discussions means that the potential partner has expressed its interest in discussing the specific cooperation option (mentioned by the Customer in its fact sheet) with the customer. This Expression does not need to contain any concrete commitments (for example, in the form of concrete cooperation or financing commitments, confirmations, promises etc.) – see also paragraph VI. The feedback is provided to the customer at least three weeks prior to the event. In case that no potential partner can be acquired for the customer, the customer can decide within one week after receiving the feedback not to participate in the congress and will receive his ticket price back (no later than 6 weeks after the end of the event). After expiry of this week, this right of withdrawal  expires definitively. BTS is not liable for damages and disadvantages to Customers arising from the withdrawel of the event – in particular (but not exclusively), claims for reimbursement of travel or accommodation expenses or other expenses or costs in preparation of the congress are excluded. The aforementioned right of any withdrawal is not effective on any other agreements between BTS and the Customer (such as sponsoring agreements etc.) and therefore does not effect the enforcement of those agreements.

VI. Disclaimer

X. Force Majeure, Cancellation of the Event

If BTS or his subcontractors are compelled, as a result of force majeure or other circumstances beyond its control, to vacate one or more areas temporarily or for longer periods, or to postpone or curtail the congress, the Customers do not thereby acquire the right to withdraw, cancel or reduce payment, nor do they have any other claims against BTS, in particular claims for damages. The same applies if the Costumer cannot participate in the event. Tickets are not transferable.

If BTS cancels the event because it cannot hold the event as a result of force majeure or other circumstances beyond its control, or because it has become unreasonable for the BTS to hold the event, BTS is not liable for damages and disadvantages to Customers arising from the cancellation of the event.
